What I Wore

Hello and welcome to my blog. This is a fashion post relating to mostly what I wore to church on Sunday. But before that let's get a bit of soul food.

The word
We explored the book of Titus. God wants the church of today to show forth the love of Christ on the way we relate to each other. We were also reminded that Love has no place for slander. Paul ask the older women to share their wisdom and encourage the young women.

So if you are older in a church be sure to encourage and correct where necessary. It's a lonely world out there any piece of encourage can go a long way.

The OUTFIT
I wore an African print which bought for me by a friend who went to Ghana. This was bought already made and the shoes are from New Look. I got the skinny belt from a H&M dress or skirt I had.

The LOOK
For my makeup I used MAC studio fix foundation in NW55 and their cover up concealor in NW45. For my eyes I used

For eye shadow I first applied MUA eye shadow in midnight blue and MAC dazzle eye shadow in Get phisical and BarryMs meteor storm in the corner of my eyes.

For my lips I mixed BarryMs lip pencil in plum and Revlon’s lipstick in Mink. I lined my lips and mixed the two.

If you have not already check out my YouTube in the beginning of this post for more details about this outfit.

Thanks for stopping by and until next time, it's bye from me.

I Made My First Wig With Lace Closure

Hello and welcome to my blog. In this post I will be writing about some of the things I have been up to, particularly things to do with hair.
I had this routine where I braided my hair and kept it for about a maximum of 3 months, took it down, treated my scalp and then follow the cycle again.
To be honest I was a bit tired of this process as it took a little over 10 hours to braid the hair and the thought of taking it down was a bit daunting too.

The initial plan was to have a friend construct a wig for me however because she lives a bit too far from me I gather this courage and awoke the wild side of me to fantasize about the idea of making my own wig.

And I did 😁. I purchased the equipment from aliexpress.com together with two set of hair:  1) Two 14 inches bundles and a 12inches  closure; 2) Three 10 inches bundles and 8 inches closure. I bought both of these from aliexpress.

To be able to do this I watched a few videos from peakmill, estelive and Ashley Bedeck on YouTube. I made what I…

What I Wore | ASOS | Club L

Hello and welcome to my blog. In this post I will be writing about my my birthday look last year.

I envisioned everything before purchasing the dress, the shoes and the piece of hair I added to mine. In this shoot I wore my own hair as i had a strong edge to wear my own hair. If you have plaits, it will look really nice on it too. Another garment I envisioned with this look was a fur coat of some sort, however I couldn't find one. I might just redo this again soon.

I wanted to go bold and stand out with the colours. I must have seen the dress a couple of times while browsing on ASOS. So I opted for this velvet goldfish-mustardish colour dress from ASOS. The brand is Club L in UK size 8. I fit in this size perfectly now as I am usually a 4 or 6.
"... in everything that you do, do it with all your might because in the grave there no  work, device wisdom and knowledge" The shoes are called truffle also from ASOS. The shoes can be quite difficult to walk in however if you …

What I Have Been Up To - Investing & Developing Now Skills

Hello and welcome. It's been a long time since I posted on here and a lot has changed. I have been a bit busy doing other things however I think I will be frequenting this blog going forward.

Now onto what I have been up to. A few months ago I invested in a sewing machine from amazon. I was happy to get a 0% interest and paid in installment. If you are in finance you know there's no such thing as 0% interest. Ha!

I did manage to sew a dress and wore it for as a bridesmaid dress at a friend's wedding. The finishing was not good and I have learnt alot from that experience.

I have now moved on to my second, third and forth project and will share it with you in due time. I have decided to pick this up due to the uncertainties within the corporate world. So let's wait and see what I can deliver going forward.
I am very excited to showcase all my works on here so stay tuned!

Until next time, enjoy life through exploring other opportunities.
